Aber an der Ausführung und an der Auswahl des Leders (Farbton) und an dem Detail fehlte es. Got a new holster to revise and the order was also accepted. But there was a lack of design and choice of leather (color) and detail.

Darüber war ich alles andere als erfreut und hätte zumindest eine Entschuldigung und evtl. ein Entgegenkommen mit dem Preis erwartet. Jedoch wurde mir pampig mitgeteilt, dass man dann ja immer Fotos machen müsste, bevor man die Schuhe zur Reperatur annehme und mir indirekt unterstellt, dass die Schuhe schon vorher so ausgesehen hätten - sehr unprofessionell und dreißt. Unfortunately not customer-oriented and unfriendly at all! My glued sports shoes were full of glue residue and had two new scratches on. I was anything but pleased and would have expected at least an apology and possibly a concession with the price. However, I was told on a regular basis that you would always have to take pictures before you accept the shoes for repair and indirectly assume that the shoes had already looked like this before - very unprofessional and thirsty.

Außerdem liebe ich die (tatsächlich) bunte Auswahl an qualitativ hochwertigen Schuhcremen. Ein Angebot an Lederwaren aller Art (biogegerbt!) lockt in den Verkaufsladen. I like to bring my repairs here, I am always served in a friendly, patient and solution-oriented manner. I also love the (actually) colorful selection of high quality shoe polishes. A range of leather goods of all kinds (organic tanned!) Beckons in the shop.

Beide Male war der Preis absolut günstig. Werde gerne wieder Schuhe hierhin bringen. Both my riding boots were made to fit perfectly as well as my father's cycling shoes, which were completely bent on the cap. Both times the price was absolutely cheap. I will gladly bring shoes here again.
