Anfangs bin einem Coaching skeptisch gegenüber gestanden, Claudia konnte mich jedoch vom WERT eines Coachings überzeugen. Komme gerne wieder. I can only recommend Claudia's coaching. The way of working is clear and structured in a relaxed but concentrated work environment. At first I was skeptical about coaching, but Claudia was able to convince me of the VALUE of coaching. I would love to come back.

Ich bin mit verschiedene Themen hingegangen und wir haben Schritt für Schritt alles aufgearbeitet. Sie hat gezielte Fragen gestellt und somit konnten wir alles gut aufarbeiten. Was ich besonders schön war, dass ich während dem Coaching kein Gefühl hatte, dass sie verurteilt, sondern dass alles wertfrei ist. Ich hatte das eher das Gefühl von Vertrautheit und Verständnis. Daher gibt es von mir 5 Sterne und werde sicher wieder mit einem nächsten Thema zu ihr gehen. Some time ago I was in a coaching session with Claudia and I can only recommend this to everyone. I went there with various topics and we worked through everything step by step. She asked specific questions and so we were able to process everything well. What I particularly liked was that during the coaching I didn't have the feeling that she was judging, but that everything was value-free. I had more of a feeling of familiarity and understanding. Therefore I give it 5 stars and I will definitely go back to her with another topic.

Da ich anfangs so meine Schwierigkeiten hatte, mein Thema genau zu benennen, stellte sie gezielt Fragen, womit ich dann mein Thema klar vor Augen hatte. Daraufhin konnte das eigentliche Coaching starten. Die von Claudia Webersinke angewendeten Methoden verhalfen mir dazu, die für mich passenden Lösungsansätze selbst erkennen zu können. Ihr Zugang beim Coaching war stets wertfrei und wertschätzend. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl. Ich würde bei Bedarf definitiv wieder ein Coaching bei Claudia Webersinke absolvieren. I can clearly recommend SichtKlar Coaching. Claudia Webersinke lets the subject be told in peace. Since I initially had difficulty naming my topic precisely, she asked specific questions, which then brought my topic clearly in mind. The actual coaching could then start. The methods used by Claudia Webersinke helped me to identify the solution approaches that were right for me. Your approach to coaching was always neutral and appreciative. I felt very comfortable. If necessary, I would definitely do another coaching with Claudia Webersinke.
