Es gibt kaum und meist gar keine Wartezeit bei vereinbartem Termin und auch wenn meine "Lieblings-Friseurin" ausfiel, war ich stets zufrieden - alle sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Nebenbei auch sehr positiv: keinerlei "Aufschwatzen" von irgendwelchen "empfehlenswerten" Spezialbehandlungen. Einfach alles bestens.
I've enjoyed coming to this very personable team for years. There is hardly any waiting time, and usually no waiting at all, and even if my "favorite hairdresser" was canceled, I was always satisfied - everyone is very hard-working and friendly. By the way, also very positive: no "chattering" about any "recommendable" special treatments. Everything is just fine.
