Laut meinem Ansprechpartner in einer Tanzschuhboutiqe handelte es sich bei meine Schuhen um einen Produktionsfehler der nicht hätte passieren dürfen. Auf E-Mails kommt keine Reaktion. Telefonisch nur ab 13 Uhr erreichbar, wo jeder normale Mensch arbeitet. Sehr schlechte Qualität und sehr schlechte Kundenbetreuung. Unfortunately the dance shoes broke after wearing them for 4 weeks, I am not used to such a quality. According to my contact person in a dance shoe boutique, my shoes were a production error that shouldn't have happened. There is no response to e-mails. Can only be reached by phone from 1 p.m., where every normal person works. Very poor quality and very poor customer support.

Die Schuhe waren noch nicht fertig und man würde mir später schreiben, wann ich die Schuhe erwarten dürfte. Da mir das Warten zu lange war und ich die Schuhe für ein Festival brauchte, musste ich die Bestellung stornieren. Die Kommunikation mit den MitarbeiterInnen ist immer sehr unkompliziert verlaufen, das Geld für die Bestellung habe ich schnell wieder erhalten. Trotzdem bin ich leider mit dieser Dienstleistung nicht zufrieden, da ich 2 Monate umsonst gewartet habe. After the 9-week waiting for the ordered shoes (which had to be made) and no news about the status of the order by the employees of shoes4dance.de, I asked myself. The shoes were not finished yet and I would be told later, when to expect the shoes. Since the wait was too long and I needed the shoes for a festival, I had to cancel the order. The communication with the employees has always been very straightforward, the money for the order I received quickly. Nevertheless, I am unfortunately not satisfied with this service, because I have waited 2 months for nothing.

Die englischen Größenangaben waren leider nicht so ganz EU konform so dass wir erst nach dem dritten Paar die richtige Größe hatten. Das ist jedoch normal da es bei Schuhen immer wieder auf den Schnitt drauf an kommt! Was jedoch keine Art und Weise der Kundenbetreuung war, ist die Retoursendung. Zu aller erst musste ein Formular schriftlich angefordert werden (telefonisch kein Durchkommen möglich). Da wäre es zu überlegen wenn man schon als Amazon Lieferant gelistet ist, auch das Rücksenden Formular direkt beizulegen. Jedoch das ist noch im tragbaren Bereich. Auf diesem Formular hatte ich alle Bestelldaten anführen müssen inkl. meine Bankverbindung etc. Nachdem ich mein Paket versendet habe, wurde ich erst 5 Tage nach Empfangsbestätigung kontaktiert. Es wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich mein Geld nach 10-14 Tage erst erhalten werden. Finde ich persönlich nicht in Ordnung aber OK. Dann kam nochmals eine E-Mail, dass ich meine Bankdaten bekanntgeben soll ansonsten ist keine Überweisung möglich etc. Ich suchte dann den kontakt mit Shoes4Dancers und stellte den ganzen Bestellverlauf in Frage! Bis heute habe ich keine Gewissheit wann mein Geld kommt und wann ich es erhalten werde. Obwohl die Bankdaten erneut bekannt gegeben wurden. Ich warte nun schon seit über einem Monat auf mein Geld. Ich werde hier auf keinen Fall mehr bestellen den die Rückabwicklung ist mehr als Fragwürdig und in keinster Weise Kundenorientiert. Für mich ist es ein unnötiges und langwieriges rauszögern der Rückabwicklung! We ordered shoes for my fiance. However, what was not a way of customer care is the return shipment. First of all, a form had to be requested in writing (it was impossible to get through by phone). If you are already listed as an Amazon supplier, you might want to consider enclosing the return form directly. However, this is still within the tolerable range. I had to enter all the order data on this form, including my bank details, etc. After I sent my package, I was only contacted 5 days after the confirmation of receipt. I was informed that I would only receive my money after 10-14 days. I personally don't think it's okay, but OK. Then another e-mail came that I should give my bank details otherwise no transfer is possible etc. I then sought contact with Shoes4Dancers and questioned the whole order process! To this day I have no certainty when my money will come and when I will receive it. Although the bank details were announced again. I've been waiting for my money for over a month now. I will definitely not order here again because the return process is more than questionable and in no way customer-oriented. For me it is an unnecessary and tedious delaying the return process!
