The seat wobbled, the gearshift was poorly adjusted and the stem had play. Sorry that's wrong for this price. The service only said that you can't change that now. So big bow ...

Dabei wurde auch auf ein orthopädisches Problem aufmerksam gemacht, das erst durch einen Orthopäden bewertet werden sollte. Man bekommt hier also wirklich nichts aufgedrückt, sondern wird absolut bedarfsgerecht beraten. Die Schuhe, die ich mir nach der Beratung ausgesucht hatte, sitzen perfekt und sind auch schon sehr gut 'eingelaufen' - als wären sie um die Füße herumgewachsen. Das Ambiente, die Auswahl und die Freundlichkeit und Dienstbeflissenheit der Mitarbeiter taugen allemal für 5 Sterne. We looked for hiking boots and were given competent and reliable advice. Attention was drawn to an orthopedic problem that should only be assessed by an orthopedic surgeon. So you really don't get anything imposed here, but are given absolutely needs-based advice. The shoes I chose after the consultation fit perfectly and have already 'run in' very well - as if they had grown around my feet. The ambience, the selection and the friendliness and diligence of the employees are always good for 5 stars.

(and even for the neighbouring skiresorts) the rental prices are low (in some cases the lowest) compared to the competing rental services that i have also tried (Panorama and Intersport): eg. 8 vs. 9 € for skiboots, 19 vs. 32 € for snowboard + boots. though the quality of the equipment was high (in my case, i got top racing skiboots for basic price), and service was totally helpful and considering personal needs. the team was very friendly and helpful, and english was spoken by everyone.
