★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Qualitätslammfleisch vom @shoafbauer in Moosburg (Kärnten) ist ein zartes, wenig fettes, bekömmliches Fleisch und stammt von Lämmern, die höchstens 6 Monate alt sind.
Hier wird mit sehr viel Liebe auf die Qualität des Fleisches und auf die Tierhaltung geschaut.
Die Familie Koch, besser bekannt als die Shoafbauern aus Moosburg in Kärnten, vermarktet schon seit 20 Jahren ihr Lammfleisch direkt.
Absolut zum empfehlen ist auch das Wildmasthendl.
Außerdem gibt es beim SHOAF-BAUER einen Hofladen der jeden Samstag ab 10.00 Uhr geöffnet hat.

The quality lamb from @shoafbauer in Moosburg (Carinthia) is a tender, low-fat, digestible meat and comes from lambs that are no more than 6 months old.
Here, the quality of the meat and the animal husbandry are looked at with a lot of love.
The Koch family, better known as the Shoaf farmers from Moosburg in Carinthia, has been marketing their lamb directly for 20 years.
The wild roasted chicken is also highly recommended.
There is also a farm shop at the SHOAF-BAUER that is open every Saturday from 10 a.m.
