Die neue Anwendung EMS sollte auch von der Krankenkasse unterstützt werden, da es viele u.a. Rückenleiden lindert oder sogar ausheilt, da es die Rückenmuskulatur ohne viel Anstrengung aufbaut und stärkt. Zum Training im Kampfsport: im "persönlichen/privaten Training" lernst du schnell, nicht nur wie man kämpft, sondern effektive Abwehr zum Schutz für Dich und deine Lieben.
Guter privater/persönlicher Service hat auch seinen Preis. Jeder muss für sich selbst entscheiden was ihm wieviel Wert ist, wenns um Gesundheit, wohlfühlen und Sicherheit geht. Probier es einfach mal aus.
