A	Andrej on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLUS: - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich; - Auf Rabattaktionen wird unaufgefordert hingewiesen; - V-Power-Treibstoffe werden angeboten; MINUS: - Leider gibt es nicht alle Treibstoffe an allen Zapfsäulen, da fährt man dann schon mal eine zweite an (baulich verständlich, für Ortsunkundige aber lästig); - Die Beschriftungen sind teilweise irreführend, man sieht anhand der Grafik nicht auf den ersten Blick, welcher Zapfhahn welchen Treibstoff anbietet; - Handschuhe fehlen an den Zapfsäulen teilweise; Das betrifft wohl SHELL als Konzern: - Die SHELL-App zeigt die Treibstoffpreise dieser Tankstelle leider nicht an; - SHELL-Motoröl kostet in der 1l-Flasche an der Tankstelle etwa vier mal soviel wie im Internet, ist das wirklich notwendig? PLUS: - The staff is very friendly; - Discounts will be advised unsolicited; - V-Power fuels are offered; MINUS: - Unfortunately, there are not all fuels at all petrol pumps, because then you ever drive to a second (structurally understandable, for Ortsunkundige but annoying); - The labels are sometimes misleading, you can see on the graph not at first glance, which tap offers which fuel; - Gloves are missing at the dispensers partly; This probably affects SHELL as a group: - Unfortunately, the SHELL app does not display the fuel prices of this gas station; - SHELL engine oil costs about four times as much in the 1l bottle at the gas station as on the internet, is that really necessary?
J	Joe Nieß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antwort:klingt als wären wir schuld weil wir bei euch ein Ticket für die waschstraße gekauft haben, nicht mal eine Kulanz Lösung wurde angeboten weder vom Inhaber noch von der versicherung Uns wurde die hintere nummerntafel samt Halterung von der waschstreße heruntergerissen, keine Hilfe vom Personal und die betriebshaftpflicht der Tankstelle zahlt den Schaden auch nicht! Es handelt sich um 82 euro Kundenfreundlich?
