I had a very unpleasant experience in this service station, after 14 hours of journey I was expecting a very nice meal at this Shell station on the upper level of the Station Restaurant. I have been served by this lady called Gabi she was very rude she was not helpful at all, she didn’t know how to serve a food properly. Please if any of the management see my review please feel free to contact me. It is not nice to employ any person in any of your restaurants if she or he doesn’t have any ability to work with people. In the other hand the restaurant is clean and tidy.
