Bei jeder anderen Shell-Tankstelle werden die Gutscheine seltsamerweise aber anstandslos akzeptiert und eningelöst. Finde den Fehler. Unfriendly staff, Shell vouchers are not accepted on the grounds that they could only be redeemed on the Autobahn. Oddly enough, at every other Shell gas station, the vouchers are accepted and redeemed without hesitation. Find the mistake.

So wie die mit den Kunden spricht muss man sich fast entschuldigen dass man sie stört und sie arbeiten muss.. Geht gar nicht soetwas.. Und laut der Dame können Shell Gutscheine dort NICHT eingelöst werden da diese nur auf der Autobahn gelten. Completely rude lady serving this afternoon. I will never go to that Shell gas station again. The way she talks to the customers, you almost have to apologize for disturbing her and she has to work.. It's not possible at all.. And according to the lady, Shell vouchers CANNOT be redeemed there because they are only valid on the motorway.
