★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ging um einen tropfenden Spülkasten meiner Großeltern. (Dichtung der Zuleitung war undicht)
Die Herrn kamen zu dritt (!) mit einem neuen Spülkasten (no-name) an und arbeiteten ca. eine Stunde. Der Spülkasten wurde vollkommen grundlos getauscht.
Die anschließend vorgelegte "Rechnung" belief sich auf 2400€.
Diese wollten sie natürlich sofort und in Bar haben. Diese hatten sie natürlich nicht im Haus worauf sie gedrängt wurden das Geld am nächsten Tag in das Geschäft zu bringen.
Leider habe ich erst im nachhinein davon erfahren.
Die angehängte Rechnung soll eine Warnung an all die sein, die sich überlegen bei dieser Firma (auch nach der Umbenennung 2020) etwas zu kaufen.
 It was about a leaky cistern from my grandparents. (Seal of the supply line was leaking)
The gentlemen came in three (!) With a new cistern (no-name) and worked for about an hour. The cistern was changed for no reason whatsoever.
The "invoice" presented afterwards amounted to € 2,400.
Of course, they wanted this immediately and in cash. Of course, they didn't have them in the house, so they were urged to bring the money into the store the next day.
Unfortunately, I only found out about it afterwards.
The attached invoice should be a warning to all those who are considering buying something from this company (even after the renaming in 2020).
