Indulgent poke-bowls made to order. Shake Shaka is a food stall offering Hawaiian inspired poké-bowls. The menu includes 4 pre-set bowls as well as a “build your own” section. Almost all ingredients are gluten free and vegan, the choice is fair. It is medium-priced yet absolutely justified. Portion size is generous, and the ingredients are of very good quality. The bowls are prepared to order using fresh, if possible, regionally sourced ingredients. The waitress is very friendly and swift and staff answers any question patiently and gives good advice on choice of food/matching ingredients. The dish is flavoursome and rich in texture, it was finished within a reasonable time as at that point the establishment was not very busy. The have outside as well as sheltered seating, with small tables that will approximately fit 30 people all together. They offer delivery as well (online order; velofood.at). Although ingredients are kept in separate storages using separate utensils to serve from, one cannot exclude cross-contamination, therefor it is advisable to inform the waiter/waitress of food intolerances or allergies. They do have a small selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks too.
