Nice seminar place for groups up to 20 people, with great food in the creative Mühlviertler hills. The owners are very hard. Ample parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich komme gerade von einem 5 tages seminar von hairzballance mit reinhold kopp und renate wahlmüller welches auf christas hof stattgefunden hat- so ein familiäres setting- so umsichtig- so hilfsbereit- und soooooo lecker- selten so etwas in dieser qualität erlebt- DANKE Christa- Thomas und an eure Kindern- es waren sehr feine tage und euere räumlichkeiten vermitteln angenehme wärme und geborgenheit!
i have just come from a 5 day seminar by hairzballance with reinhold kopp and renate wahlmüller which took place at christas farm - such a family setting - so prudent - so helpful - and soooooo delicious - seldom experienced anything like this in this quality - THANK YOU Christa- Thomas and to your children - the days were very nice and your rooms provide pleasant warmth and security!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just got off a Viking Tour and one of the NEW optional tours was to visit this farm and also visit a distillery that makes Schnapps.
Even though both were very nice, the visiting of this active farm and making bread with Christa. She had the 2 batters made when we got there and she explained thru the translator exactly what's she had put in them. We then had hands on experience of shaping breads into different designs and then putting an egg wash on them and added different toppings. The toppings were, poppyseed, sesame seed, small sunflower seed, fennel seed, pumpkin seeds, and I think some others ????? Then put on parchment paper covered pans. Her Stoves were heated by wood and some may be gas or electric. But I was so amazed at the wood one. Then we left and went to the Schnapps distillery, Christa baked the bread and prepared our lunch.
When we returned she seated us at hand made picnic type tables and served us, 3 different types of port, a form of potato salad, cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, a sweet kosher dill type gerkin pickle and then our wonderful homemade bread. As the commercial says "AND I HELPED".
Her husband Thomas and their 9 year old girls, Sophie and Miriam joined in and visited with us.
We took our left over bread with us and shared it with the other 4 members of our traveling party at supper that night.
A great and memorable experience!!!
