Ich fahre den Berg hinauf und bin schon entrückt, ich gehe durch die Tür zur Rezeption und komme an in einer anderen Welt. Hier steht Erholung an erster Stelle. Severin's has been a special, fascinating place for us for 2 years. I drive up the mountain and I am already enraptured, I go through the door to the reception and arrive in another world. Here relaxation comes first.

Natürlich sind Design, Zimmer, Stil, Interieur und Service des 5* Hotels augenscheinlich im Highend-Bereich, aber besondere Erwähnung verdient das a-la-carte-Restaurant. Ausgewogene Speisekarte mit einer Mischung aus regionalen Top-Produkten (Bio-Huhn, Süßwasser-Fisch aus dem Ort, Gemüse, Käse und Kräuter aus der Umgebung) und Luxusware (Austern, Hummer, Trüffel). Alles gekonnt zubereitet und angerichtet (siehe Fotos), anschließend in der fast schon kitschig-schönen Holzstuben serviert. Die Weinauswahl ist enorm, bei Frankreich und Spanien geht es bis in die 80er-Jahre zurück. Sehr aufmerksames Service! Wonderful, quiet luxury hotel away from the busy village center (anyway harmless for a Nobelskiort). Of course, the design, rooms, style, interior and service of the 5 * hotel are evidently in the high-end range, but the a-la-carte restaurant deserves special mention. Balanced menu with a mix of top regional produce (organic chicken, local freshwater fish, local vegetables, cheeses and herbs) and deluxe items (oysters, lobster, truffles). Everything skilfully prepared and prepared (see photos), then served in the almost cheesy-beautiful wooden parlors. The wine selection is enormous, with France and Spain it goes back to the 80s. Very attentive service!

Hotellet erbjuder dessutom en fantastisk ambiance och känslan av att befinna sig hemma är påtaglig. Åker tillbaka med familjen nästa år för tredje året i rad. Service, suite, spa, restaurant and staff meet high standards. The hotel also offers a fantastic ambiance and the feeling of being at home is evident. Will return with family next year for the third year in a row.

The space was a little souless and a bit empty and at +-€100 per head for a 3 course it isn't a value driven recommendation but good if you looking for something high end a little out of town.
