★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war Mittag (12 Uhr) im Lokal und wollte mir ein Dürüm kaufen. Der Herr war sehr nett aber: Der Griller war noch nicht eingeschalten und somit dauerte es. Als es endlich fertig war nahm ich das Dürüm mit und habe es ca. 2 Minuten später gegessen. Der Fladen war kalt und roch komisch, das Fleisch so gut wie kalt, der gesamte Geschmack nicht gut. Ich habe gar nicht gewusst, dass man bei einem Dürüm so viel falsch machen kann.
I was in the restaurant at noon (12 p.m.) and wanted to buy a dürüm. The gentleman was very nice but: The grill was not switched on yet and so it took time. When it was finally done I took the dürüm with me and ate it about 2 minutes later. The pita was cold and smelled funny, the meat almost cold, the whole taste not good. I didn't even know that there is so much wrong with a Dürüm.
