Quality of work seems ok; Duration too; Offsetting unacceptable; charges for unscheduled travel time in the same working hours for a maximum of 15 minutes from the company headquarters; the customer then has an invoice of EUR 600 for a burner service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Früh (es war kalt im Haus) Störung gemeldet. Mitfühlend am Telefon entgegenkommen. Wie angekündigt meldete sich der Techniker am Nachmittag kurz bevor er kam. Das Problem hat er schnell gelöst, die erforderlichen Ersatzteile hatte er alle mit. Besser geht's nicht. Danke!!!
In the morning (it was cold in the house) a malfunction was reported. Compassionately on the phone. As announced, the technician called in the afternoon shortly before he came. He quickly solved the problem and had all the necessary spare parts with him. It couldn't be better. Thanks!!!
