★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das betreubare Wohnen hier in der Muldenstrasse ist laut meiner Freundin, die hier wohnt, und dem was ich hier so sehe ein Genuss und wirklich altersgerecht. Im Erdgeschoss Garagen, Radkeller, Müllraum, Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Wäscheleinen zum Aufhängen, Wasserentnahmestelle, Technikraum, Gemeinschaftsraum für die Pflege von sozialen Kontakten, Lift. In der Etage ein absperrbarer Bereich in einem gemeinsamen Abstellraum. Jede Wohnung mit Abstellraum, Balkon und rollstuhlgerechtem Bad, Internetanschluß, Raumlüftung und überall gibt es ein Notrufsystem vom Samariterbund, der im Haus stationiert ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Handys funktionieren im Haus sehr schlecht. Im nahen Pflegeheim gibt es ein Café - Restaurant und ein kleines Geschäft, für die notwendigsten Sachen. Im Bedarfsfall kann man für kurze Zeit auch Pflegepersonal und Sozialbetreuer zubuchen. Einige Bewohner sind sehr aktiv und veranstalten selbst kleine Bastel- oder Gymnastikkurse, Kaffeenachmittage und Feiern aller Art. Ich würde da sofort einziehen, wenn ich in Linz wohnte.
According to my friend, who lives here, and what I see here, the supervised living here in Muldenstrasse is a pleasure and really age-appropriate. On the ground floor garages, bike cellar, garbage room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, clotheslines for hanging, water extraction point, technical room, common room for maintaining social contacts, elevator. A lockable area in a shared storage room on the first floor. Every apartment has a storage room, balcony and wheelchair-accessible bathroom, internet connection, room ventilation and everywhere there is an emergency call system from the Samaritan Association, which is stationed in the house. The only downer: the cell phones work very poorly in the house. In the nearby nursing home there is a café - restaurant and a small shop for essential items. If necessary, you can also book nursing staff and social workers for a short time. Some residents are very active and organize small handicraft or gymnastics courses, coffee afternoons and celebrations of all kinds. I would move in there immediately if I lived in Linz.
