Sommerfest.herbstfest.es wird immer versucht die Bewohner sowohl auch dir Angehörige zusammen zu bringen und Spaß zu haben und Freude zu teilen.Die Bewohnern brauchen bezugspersonen.es sollte nicht nur um die dienstabdeckung gehen sondern um das menschliche,wofür wir alle diesen Beruf gewählt haben.zudem sollten immer gleiche Mitarbeiter auf gleichen Wohnbereichen arbeiten um Vertrauen .

It should not only be about the service coverage but about the human, for which we have all chosen this profession In addition, the same employees should always work in the same living areas to ensure trust.
