★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im grossen und ganzen ganz OK. Bis auf die Küche ! Die ist unter aller Kritik. Einfallslos (der Koch kennt z.B. offensichtlicht nur ein Non-meat - inklusive der grauslichen Mehlspeisen.)
Das Personal ist kompetent und motiviert. Kann aber für o.g. Missstände nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden.

 On the whole, quite OK. Except for the kitchen! It is under all criticism. Unimaginative (the cook, for example, obviously only knows one non-meat - including the gruesome pastries.)
The staff is competent and motivated. But cannot be held responsible for the above-mentioned grievances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich könnte gerade voll abdrehen. Meine Tante ist in dieser ANSTALT und wird gehalten wie eine Gefangene. 24h im Zimmer eingesperrt, ohne TV oder Radio, die Glocke nicht erreichbar und wenn dann mal wer kommt sind sie sehr unfreundlich. Ich bin selbst in der Pflege tätig, aber sowas ist mir noch nicht untergekommen!
I could go crazy right now. My aunt is in this INSTITUTION and is being held like a prisoner. Locked in the room 24 hours, without TV or radio, the bell not reachable and when someone comes they are very unfriendly. I work in nursing myself, but I haven't seen anything like that yet!
