I had the "Vital Frühstück" and there was coarsely ground salt and powdered sugar all over the place. I don't really want either of those on my mozzarella, thank you very much. Had it been only that, this would probably be a decent three star review. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. First off, the waiter was not particularly friendly and stressed out, despite the place being all but empty. He seated us, a party of five, on a table almost too small for even four people, given the ludicrous size of the plates (which we didn't know at the time). They then had trouble fitting five plates (no side orders!) and what should have been a relaxing breakfast became an uncomfortable mess. On top of that, they forgot the yogurt for the muesli (as well as the spoon while they were at it). I didn't realize this until we were practically finished and when I pointed it out the waiter snarkily offered to get it from the kitchen. No "sorry", no "my apologies, can I get you an espresso?", nothing. Bottom line: I can't speak to their lunch or dinner, but far as breakfast goes you should avoid this place. Salzburg has much, much better cafes for that.
C	Cathy Spagnuolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited after I checked the restaurant online and i wanted to try they English breakfast.so when we arrive there wow it was something I was not expecting in Salzburg.way out of my expectations.they details,location and the atmosphere.it was like the restaurant was talking to me.we fell in love.unfortunetly the just opened on Monday and they haven’t started serving breakfast yet.so we went back again for dinner.still was perfect.i eat risotto with prawns and zucchini.just the way I like my risotto.compliment chef!!hopefully I will go more often to test more food on the menu
