Ich lebe im Kopf! Kennt ihr das? Das ewige Gedankenkarussell, das sich dreht und dreht und nie zur Ruhe kommt? Mit dem Training habe ich es geschafft, das Karussell zeitweilig anzuhalten. Eine wahre Oase für mich, wenn der Kopf endlich schweigt! Es ist nicht nur einfach ein Training, das den Körper konditioniert. Wir lernen auch unsere Gedanken zu steuern, in uns hineinzuhorchen, uns zu spüren und das wirkt sich auch auf den Alltag aus! Ich trainiere seit November 2016 und heute begegne ich den Herausforderungen des Lebens mit viel mehr Gelassenheit als früher! Der Kopf ist nicht ständig am Quatschen und ich bin meiner Intuition ein großes Stück näher gekommen. Sean Menzies ist ein hervorragender Lehrer! Dass er sein Herz dieser Philosophie verschrieben hat, merkt man beim ersten Training. Er gibt sein Wissen mit sehr viel Geduld und Achtsamkeit weiter. Meine anfänglichen Berührungsängste, mit dem doch nicht alltäglichen "Sport", waren schnell dahin. In dieses Training einzusteigen war eine meiner besten Entscheidungen, die ich für mich und mein Leben treffen konnte! Danke Shifu, Amituofo!

I live in the head! Do you know that? The eternal thought carousel that turns and rots and never comes to rest? With the training I managed to stop the carousel temporarily. A true oasis for me, when the head is finally silent! It's not just a workout that conditions your body. We also learn to control our thoughts, to listen within ourselves, to feel ourselves and that has an effect on everyday life! I've been training since November 2016 and today I face the challenges of living with more composure than before! The head is not constantly talking and I have come a lot closer to my intuition. Sean Menzies is a great teacher! The fact that he has dedicated his heart to this philosophy, you notice at the first training. He passes on his knowledge with a lot of patience and mindfulness. My initial fears of contact with the not-for-ordinary "sports" were quickly gone. Joining this training was one of my best decisions that I could make for myself and my life!
