Die Produkttypen variieren in vielen Reihen so stark das ein Einkauf einen negativen Überraschungseffekt mit sich ziehen kann. Mein Vorschlag besser schulen bzw mal Leute kontrollieren. Echt lächerlich was für einfache Vorgänge von ihnen permanent verkackt werden. Employees are too incompetent to properly assign machines. The product types vary so widely in many series that a purchase can have a negative surprise effect. Better train my suggestion or check people. Really ridiculous what simple processes they are constantly screwing up.

Mein Geld wurde geschluckt, ich habe bei der Hotline angerufen und mir wurde ohne Wenn und Aber mein verlorenes Geld rückerstattet und der Mitarbeiter war auch sehr freundlich. Man muss nur anrufen wenn man ein Problem hat! I'm quite happy with the company and don't understand all the bad reviews. My money was swallowed, I called the hotline and I was refunded my lost money without any ifs or buts and the employee was also very friendly. You only have to call if you have a problem!

Melden Sie sich schnellst möglich den ich habe ein Recht auf meine Ware oder mein Geld ansonsten müsste ich es für Sie im Endeffekt teurer regeln lassen! Der Kaffee ist in Ordnung, aber beim Service hakt es. Dabei bin ich sicher, dass sich unsere Verwaltung rasch meldet, denn ohne Kaffee läuft es im Büro einfach nicht - also lasst uns nicht hängen! A repair is promised in 8 hours, the reality is constantly changing with our coffee machine. The coffee is okay, but there is a problem with the service. I am sure that our administration will respond quickly, because without coffee it just doesn't work in the office - so don't let us down!

I trust that by writing here it will be fix problem as well and my money will be returned to my account back so I can feel good people works and remove the review please take notice of this so I won’t end up writting other places it was really bad experience . I attached the picture it was item no 39 and 3 items seven days were placed in the line none comes out. Please use your system to justify this if needed but would really like to get justice here Looking forward for positive response
