Einzig das Personal könnte freundlicher und bemühter sein. Directly at the mountain station of the cable car. Good selection of food and drinks. Quality of the food is good. Thus a good price / performance ratio. Only the staff could be more friendly and hard-working.

Connection between Sonntag & Stein. Ascent from the cable car to Windfluhhüte approx. 1 hour, and to Glattmar at 1930m in approx. 2 hours (leisurely).
S	SoeineFre Chheit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 23. 10. 2021 essen wir in diesem Gasthaus auf der wunderbaren Terrasse. Das Personal wirkte extrem gestresst, man wurde schnell bedient, auch das Essen kam schnell. Wir bestellen Flädlesuppe, Salat und Käsknöpfle, als Nachtisch Topfenstrudel. Suppe und Dessert sind sehr gut. Der Salat schwimmt im Öl, wir können ihn kaum essen, der Kartoffelsalat schmeckt alt. Die Käsknöpfle sind gut, es ist sehr viel Butter drauf, der Käse schmeckt deutlich nach Gouda. Beim Abräumen fragt die Chefin, ob das Essen in Ordnung war. Wir zeigen auf das viele Öl und die Butter, die noch in der Pfanne zu sehen ist. Sie antwortet schnippisch, dann müsst ihr nächstes Mal eben in ein Gourmetrestaurant gehen. Wir kehren oft in den Bergen ein, weder haben wir je eine so unangebrachte Antwort bekommen, noch je solch ungenießbaren Salat bekommen. Wir hoffen, das war eine Ausnahme! On October 23, 2021 we will eat in this inn on the wonderful terrace. The staff seemed extremely stressed, you were served quickly, and the food came quickly. We order Flädlesuppe, salad and Käsknöpfle, as dessert curd cheese strudel. Soup and dessert are very good. The salad is floating in the oil, we can hardly eat it, the potato salad tastes old. The Käsknöpfle are good, there is a lot of butter on them, the cheese tastes clearly like Gouda. When clearing the table, the boss asks whether the food was okay. We point to the amount of oil and butter that can still be seen in the pan. She answers snappy, then you have to go to a gourmet restaurant next time. We often stop in the mountains, we have never received such an inappropriate answer, nor have we ever received such an inedible salad. We hope that was an exception!

Bei leckerem Jägertee haben wir exzellente Hirschwursta auf Sauerkraut mit Senf und Kren sowie einen fulminanten Fleischkäse-Weck genossen. Echt empfehlenswert. Service is super friendly and very quick. The food was just a taste bud. With delicious hunter tea, we enjoyed excellent deer sausage on sauerkraut with mustard and horseradish and a fulminant meat cheese wake-up. Really recommendable.

Überraschend viele vegetarische Speisen auf der Karte, die wirklich gut schmeckten. Wonderful terrace with a great view. Very nice service and good cuisine with a relatively large selection. A surprising number of vegetarian dishes on the menu that tasted really good.

Probably the best hamburger I’ve ever got-because of all of this we came back several times during our holiday and it was worth it! Love you guys!
