★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich nicht gerne Schlechtes sage lass ich's lieber. Hoffe es ist Einiges besser geworden. Und die freche Kellnerin von Damals gibt es auch nicht mehr. ?
Die behauptete doch, dass die Wildknöderl ...(ich hatte sie beanstandet weil die Füllung noch gefroren war.....)
....dass das normal sei bei zugekaufter Ware weil sie schliesslich nicht alles selber zubereiten könnten .....?
Die hat quasi ein Küchengeheimnis ausgeplaudert....?? und verraten dass sie zu kaufen und nicht alle Speisen selbst herstellen.
Also....ich hoffe es läuft nun besser dort.
Since I don't like to say bad things, I prefer to leave it alone. Hope it got a lot better. And the cheeky waitress from back then is no longer there either. ?
She claimed that the wild dumplings ... (I had complained because the filling was still frozen .....)
.... that this is normal with purchased goods because you ultimately cannot prepare everything yourself ..... ?
They practically divulged a kitchen secret .... ?? and revealed that they buy and do not make all the dishes themselves.
So ... I hope things are going better there now.

Wir haben für eine größere Geburtstagsfeier gebucht.
Es lief alles reibungslos ab. Ich denke wir werden hier nochmals buchen beim nächsten Anlass.

Großartig das wir schon einige Tage vor der Feier laufend Zugang zur Location hatten.
Gerne wieder ;-)
Nice location, almost everything you need is there, in general you have a free hand in the design of the rooms, the process and co.
It was great that we had constant access to the location a few days before the celebration.
Gladly again ;-)
