In Austria, the term "cafe" might signify anything from a typical coffeeshop to a pub, bar or eatery, in this case, Segafredo is somewhere in between, a place for a morning, or afternoon, coffee, but where the waitress won't give you a disapproving stare if you let Campari time begin slightly before 11 AM.
