Quiet and central place! .... top management with very familiar features! ... always tries to help the tenant with problems as quickly and as possible! ... very clean investment! .... I can only do it from my many years of experience highly recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit einigen Jahren Mieter einer Wohnung der Seewinkel Wohnung KG.Ein Fazit zu ziehen fällt mir leicht da diese Hausverwaltung ihre Betreuung sehr Freundschaftlich,ja fast schon Familiär betreibt.Die Wohnungen sind neuwertig und wenn es einen Schaden gibt wird dieser schnellstens Professionell wieder hergestellt.Die Hausverwaltung ist bei allen Problemen behilflich und bemüht sich sehr alle Kosten erträglich zu halten.Wenn ich nicht schon eine Wohnung hätte,ich müßte eine mieten..Ein sehr zufriedener Mieter...Johannes Fuchs
I have been a tenant of an apartment at Seewinkel Wohnung KG for a number of years, and it is easy for me to draw a conclusion as this property manager is very friendly, almost family-run .The property management is helpful with all problems and tries very hard to keep all costs bearable. If I didn't already have an apartment, I would have to rent one .. A very satisfied tenant ... Johannes Fuchs
