A	Achim Brandstäter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich nur 2 Sterne geben. Die Lage ist super. Das Haus, Zimmer ist alles so weit o.K. Leider gibt es direkt nebenan eine Baustelle. Hierüber wurden wir nicht informiert und wurden pünktlich um 7 Uhr von dem zarten Pfeifen der Kreissäge geweckt. Hätten wir das gewusst wären wir ein Jahr später gekommen. Dadurch war tagsüber an eine Entspannung auf dem Balkon auch nicht zu denken. Die bestellten Blumen für meine Frau wurden am Donnerstag geliefert. Leider hatte Sie am Mittwoch Geburtstag. Beim Check in habe ich diese für Mittwoch bestellt. Zusätzlich wurde der Meldeschein inkl. Geburtstag beim Check in hinterlegt. (Die Begründung "wir sind ja kein Hotel" kann ich nicht wirklich nachvollziehen) Und zum Abschluss hat die Änderung der bestellten Brötchen auch nicht funktioniert. Sorry - auch wenn es wie betont "kein" Hotel ist - bei dem Preis erwarte ich etwas mehr Professionalität. Unfortunately I can only give 2 stars. The location is great. The house, the room, everything is OK so far. Unfortunately there is a construction site right next door. We were not informed about this and were woken up punctually at 7 o'clock by the gentle whistle of the circular saw. Had we known that we would have come a year later. As a result, relaxing on the balcony during the day was out of the question. The flowers I ordered for my wife were delivered on Thursday. Unfortunately, her birthday was on Wednesday. When I checked in, I ordered this for Wednesday. In addition, the registration form including birthday was deposited at check-in. (I cannot really understand the reason "we are not a hotel") And in the end, changing the rolls I ordered didn't work either. Sorry - even if it is "not a" hotel as emphasized - at the price I expect a little more professionalism.
