★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urlaub bei Freunden - Appartment mit jeder Ausstattung, Fahrräder, StandupPaddle, Ruderboot, Griller, sehr viel Platz auf der Wiese, Kühlschrank mit Wein und Antialkoholischen Getränken jederzeit zur Selbstbedienung, Bier Zapfanlage, relativ enger Seezugang, tolle Vermieterin Barbara Maltschnig, Sohn ist einer der wenigen Winzer in Kärten (Weingut Maltschnig - Weine unbedingt probieren) - alles wunderbar
Vacation with friends - apartment with every equipment, bicycles, stand-up paddle, rowing boat, barbecue, lots of space on the meadow, refrigerator with wine and non-alcoholic drinks at any time for self-service, beer dispenser, relatively close lake access, great landlady Barbara Maltschnig, son is one of the Few vintners in Karten (Maltschnig winery - definitely try wines) - everything is wonderful

A loving, very well-kept, child-friendly family business. An oasis to relax and switch off and that even with kids;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich in Ordnung, sauber, Außenanlagen gut, nette Gastgeber aber:
- fast ausschließlich Rigips Wände, demzufolge sehr hellhörig, auch zu den Nachbarwohnungen.
- sehr einfache und karge Einrichtung, kahle Wände, kein großer Wohlfühlfaktor in der Wohnung
Basically okay, clean, outdoor facilities good, nice hosts but:
- Almost exclusively Rigips walls, therefore very noisy, also to the neighboring apartments.
- very simple and sparse furnishings, bare walls, not a great feel-good factor in the apartment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im September diesen Jahres dort und hatten das Apartment 2 für zwei Wochen gemietet.
Das Apartment war sauber. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Terrasse sowie das große Grundstück mit Liegewiese laden zum Erholen ein. Es gibt sogar einen direkten Seezugang.
Dazu kam der äußerst nette Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die mehrfach gefragt hat, ob alles in Ordnung bzw. ob man noch etwas benötigt.
Vielen Dank für den sehr erholsamen Urlaub.
We were there in September this year and rented apartment 2 for two weeks.
The apartment was clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The terrace and the large property with a lawn for sunbathing invite you to relax. There is even direct lake access.
In addition, there was the extremely nice contact with the landlady, who asked several times whether everything was okay or whether something was needed.
Thank you for the very relaxing vacation.
