Benehmen sich in den Märkten, als ob sie an der Diskothekentür stehen und reden die Kunden auch so an. Gold Kunden in der Metro Innsbruck werden zu Unrecht rumdiktiert wie kleine Schuljungen, ihnen wird der Zugang zurGold/Silber Kassa verwehrt, obwohl diese frei ist. Erst das Eingreifen der Filialleitung brachte den Rambo zur Vernunft. Ungeschult, unprofessionell und absolut respektlos! Das ist eine passende Zusammenfassung. Disrespectful and unprofessional! This is how you could describe the work and the way employees work. Acting in the markets as if they were standing at the door of the discotheque and addressing customers that way. Gold customers in the Innsbruck Metro are unjustly dictated to like little schoolboys, they are denied access to the gold / silver cash desk, even though it is free. Only the intervention of the branch management brought the Rambo to its senses. Untrained, unprofessional and absolutely disrespectful! That is a fitting summary.
D	Daniel Razor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter unfreundlichst, musste persönlich hin um Belege vorzuweisen und einen gewissen Betrag rückerstattet zu bekommen da aus Versehen zuviel eingezahlt. Sachbearbeiterin an der Kasse weigerte sich beinahe noch um Bestätigung für den Arbeitgeber auszustellen. Versuchte mich noch einzuschüchtern und fing tatsächlich an mit mir zu diskutieren deswegen und dass ich nächstes Mal gefälligst besser aufpassen sollte. Absolut unprofessionell und gehen respektlos mit Kunden um! Am besten jeden Kontakt mit denen vermeiden!! Unfriendly employee, had to go personally to show receipts and get a certain amount refunded because too much was accidentally paid. Clerk at the box office almost refused to issue confirmation to the employer. Tried to intimidate me and actually started to argue with me about it and that I should be more careful next time. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful with customers! It's best to avoid any contact with them !!
J	Jas Min on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cornozeit = Zusammenhalt...vonwegen! Bei der Ticketkontrolle im Bus konnte ich meine Jahreskarte nicht sofort finden, ich hatte sie aber dabei. Der Kontrolleur meinte (damit er nicht länger warten muss, er weiter machen kann und somit Umsätze für die Firma generieren kann), dass ich die Jahreskarte einfach jederzeit nachreichen kann ohne weiter Umstände. Als ich meine Jahreskarte nachgereicht habe und der tollen Sachbearbeiterin Frau Bettina Stoff die Situation geschildert habe sowie erläutert habe, dass ihr Kollege meinte ich hätte keine weiteren Umstände und ich Coronoabedingt momentan 20€ zum Lebens habe pro Woche, war die gute Frau trotzdem nicht gewillt die Gebühr von EUR 2,90 zu erstatten. Geschweigedenn sich für die (anscheinende) Falschinformation ihres Kollegen zu entschuldigen. Klaro, mir 20€ pro Woche und nachdem ich eh schon 360€ fürs Jahresticket gezahlt hab, ist es natürlich wichtig, dass ich mit 20€ pro Woche zum Überleben, einem riesiges Unternehmen beim Überleben helfe. Not to mention apologizing for the (apparently) misinformation of your colleague. Sure, to me € 20 per week and after paying € 360 for the annual ticket anyway, it is of course important that I help a huge company to survive with € 20 per week.

Ein Rat an alle Arbeitslose: Lieber Harz 4 beantragen, bevor ihr dort anfangt zu arbeiten! Absolute Frechheit dieser Verein... Bus controllers are completely incompetent and just plain unfriendly. In general, the entire Securitas SDL GmbH is a joke in my eyes. A piece of advice to all unemployed: Apply for Harz 4 before you start working there! Absolute cheek this club ...

Der "Fahrkartenkontrolleur" konnte nicht deutsch bzw. man konnte kein vernünftiges Gespräch führen, war zudem frech, kannte nicht mal die Stationen der Fahrstrecke und bezichtigte zu UNRECHT Fahrgäste als Schwarzfahrer... 3 mal versucht den Verein telefonisch zu erreichen um sich zu beschweren.. keiner hebt ab. Da fühlt man sich ja sicher ;) Und solche Firmen bzw. die Mitarbeiter sollen Menschen bei Großveranstaltungen, an Bahnhöfen etc " beschützen" und für Sicherheit sorgen. Bitte überlassen Sie dass doch den professionellen Firmen !!! Incomprehensible. Unpackable. BEST "security" (sarcasm) ever. The "ticket inspector" could not speak German or you could not have a reasonable conversation, was also cheeky, did not even know the stations of the route and wrongly accused passengers of dodging ... Tried 3 times to reach the club by phone to complain .. nobody answers. You feel safe there;) And such companies or their employees should "protect" people at major events, at train stations, etc. and ensure safety. Please leave that to the professional companies !!!

Dann schreibt doch bitte das ihr bis 16:00 oder 16:30 arbeitet und nicht bis 17 das ist eine Freiheit egal wie ich es versucht habe sagte sie zu mir ihre Arbeit ist bald zu Ende !!!?
