★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Annahme der Kleidung war super problemlos , gestern habe ich die nicht verkaufte Kleidung abgeholt , auch das war sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Jedoch muss ich leider ein paar Sterne abziehen denn , es wird im Geschäft drinnen geraucht, die ganze Kleidung stinkt extrem nach Rauch. Also es ist nicht möglich die Kleidung weiter zu verkaufen oder weiter zu schenken weil es echt eine Zumutung ist der Gestank, selbst nach dem waschen. Sonst wäre echt alles top gewesen aber das ist echt sehr schade! Werde nicht mehr hingehen solange dieses Problem besteht.
 The acceptance of the clothes was super problem-free, yesterday I picked up the clothes that were not sold, that was also very quick and uncomplicated. Unfortunately, I have to subtract a few stars because there is smoking in the shop, all of the clothes smell extremely of smoke. So it is not possible to sell the clothes on or to give them away because the stench is really unreasonable, even after washing. Otherwise everything would have been great, but that's a shame! Will not go again while this problem persists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place for thrifting in Vienna! Their stuff is organized by size and more or less by color. Everything is clean and the people are super nice! Their men's section is pretty large, although most of its is on the larger side. I love that you can always find some real gems, at a reasonable price.
Plus, they are really nice even if you don't speak German.

You can find some good jems here but the people working there are not so kind and really stressed. If you try something on near to the closing time they yell at you.
