Klingt einleuchtend und für mich als Kunde auch in Ordnung. Nur wenn es um die Rückerstattung der Kaution nach erfolgter Rückgabe des Objekts ohne Mängel geht dann wartet man auf das Geld. Da endet die Philosophie.
