R	Reinhard Holl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich besitze eine KTM 690 Enduro R 2020 (Euro 4) und von KTM wird dazu ein passender Remus Auspuff angeboten. ich wollte eigentlich wissen, ob der KTM - Remus baugleiches Innenleben wie der Remus Black Hawk für mein Modell hat. Ich dachte mir für die Firma Remus kann das ja kein Problem sein, mir diese Auskunft zu geben. Nach zwei Telefongesprächen mit einer Inkompetenten Technikerin, welcher ich noch die Artikelnummer im KTM shop raussuchen musste hörte ich nie wieder etwas von der Dame, dann schrieb ich noch ein mail an den support, natürlich auch nie mehr was gehört. Schade, werde mir einen ARROWS Auspuff kaufen, dank Eurem nicht hilfreichen Mitarbeitern. I own a KTM 690 Enduro R 2020 (Euro 4) and KTM offers a matching Remus exhaust. I actually wanted to know whether the KTM - Remus has the same internals as the Remus Black Hawk for my model. I thought it wouldn't be a problem for Remus to give me this information. After two phone calls with an incompetent technician, for whom I had to look for the item number in the KTM shop, I never heard from the lady again, then I wrote an email to support, and of course I never heard anything again. Too bad, will buy me an ARROWS exhaust, thanks to your unhelpful staff.

Meiner Meinung nach unprofessional und unseriös, habe die Bestellung auch deswegen storniert. Keine klare Auskunft, keine Seriösität. I had ordered an exhaust system in July, initially it was said that it will be with you from mid-August. After that it was always next week and next week. In my opinion unprofessional and dubious, I canceled the order because of that. No clear information, no seriousness.

Dann ruft man bei remus an,was kommt nichts. Kein Preisnachlass nichts. Ich würde sagen für die entgegen freute müsst ihr euch was einfallen lassen... You're looking forward to a new flap exhaust. What comes an exhaust without flap. But the electronic control was everything for that ??????. Then you call remus and nothing happens. No discount nothing. I would say that you have to come up with something for the ones who are looking forward to it...

He is racist on a nationality basis, some are served faster and can do more than others .... I will definitely not come back there anymore!
