P	Paula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie immer alles TIP TOP. !!! Ich war bis jetzt noch nie bei so einer tollen Friseurin. Sie beherrscht einfach ihr Handwerk <3 As always, everything is TIP TOP. !!! I've never been to such a great hairdresser before. She simply masters her craft <3

Die Frisörin Sanja mega freundlich, kompetent,höflich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell in ihrer Arbeit! Ich kann dieses Laden nur 100% empfehlen!! I was there for the first time today! Immediately I was greeted very friendly and I got an appointment straight away! The hairdresser Sanja is extremely friendly, competent, polite, attentive and very professional in her work! I can only 100% recommend this shop !!
S	Sabine K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin 3, 5 Std zum Färben (ohne schneiden) gesessen, hat nirgends bis jetzt so lange gedauert und dann sind ständig befreundete Kundinnen in den "Personalaufenthaltsbereich" zum Rauchen. Bin mir wie in einem Lokal vorgekommen. Das Fenster war dadurch immer offen und mir war eiskalt mit den nassen Haaren. Ich hab mir dort eine mega Verkühlung eingefangen. Ausserdem hat es im Salon grauslich nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken. Absolut unprofessionell!!!! Einmal und nie wieder! Schade! I sat for 3.5 hours dyeing (without cutting), has never taken so long anywhere and then there are always befriended customers in the "staff lounge" to smoke. I felt like I was in a bar. As a result, the window was always open and my hair was freezing cold. I caught a mega cold there. There was also a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in the salon. Absolutely unprofessional !!!! Once and never again! Pity!

Beim Färben wurde ständig ein Foto von meinen Haaren gemacht und irgendwem geschickt, verbrannt waren sie am Ende auch und fleckig gefärbt dazu! Ging mit langen Haaren hin, wollte nur die spitzen geschnitten haben und am Ende hatte ich diesen schrecklichen kurzen Haarschnitt. Das man eine Kundin überhaupt so aus dem Geschäft lassen kann, ist mir ein Rätsel! Meine neue Hose wurde auch mit blondierung ruiniert und als ich heulend aufstand, hat die Frisörin was dafür verantwortlich war, sich nicht einmal entschuldigt !!!! Bin danach heulend im Donauzentrum zum Frisör gegangen….Dort waren sie so geschockt, dass sie mir gratis die Haare nachgeschnitten haben und ein Foto von dem schrecklichen Haarschnitt machten!!! Als ich 3 Wochen später bei dem Salon nachfragte, warum die Chefin sich noch immer nicht bei mir gemeldet hat , kam als Antwort:,,Sie hat Stress“ und ich finde das ist keine Ausrede !!! FAZIT: Unprofessionell, schlechte Leistung, ⚠️ ATTENTION: ⚠️ Can only advise everyone to have their hair cut there !!!!! During the dyeing process, a photo of my hair was constantly taken and sent to someone, in the end it was burned and stained too! Went with long hair, just wanted the pointy ones cut and I ended up with this horrible short haircut. It is a mystery to me that you can leave a customer out of business like that at all! My new pants were ruined with bleaching and when I got up crying, the hairdresser, which was responsible, didn't even apologize !! After that I went to the hairdresser's crying in the Danube Center ... They were so shocked that they cut my hair for free and took a photo of the terrible haircut !!! When I asked the salon 3 weeks later why the boss had still not contacted me, the answer was: “She is stressed” and I don't think that's an excuse! CONCLUSION: Unprofessional, poor performance,

War heute zum ersten Mal bei SD Hair&Beauty und ich war wirklich begeistert (habe zuvor ein paar Haar Salons in der Gegend ausprobiert, aber nicht wirklich was Passendes gefunden). Ich musste meinen Termin kurzfristig nach hinten verschieben und es war für die nette Besitzerin überhaupt kein Problem mich trotzdem am selben Tag dranzunehmen (und auch noch extra für mich länger im Salon zu bleiben). Man fühlt sich von Beginn an sehr wohl und willkommen. Meine Haare sahen danach wirklich super aus und Sevilay hat mir einige hilfreiche Tipps für meine Haare gegeben. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch 1A! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Friseur-Termin bei ihr. Best hair salon in Vienna !!! Was at SD Hair & Beauty for the first time today and I was really excited (tried a few hair salons in the area before but didn't really find anything suitable). I had to postpone my appointment at short notice and it was no problem at all for the nice owner to take me on the same day (and to stay longer in the salon especially for me). You feel very comfortable and welcome right from the start. My hair looked really great afterwards and Sevilay gave me some helpful tips for my hair. Price-performance ratio is also 1A! I will definitely come back and I am already looking forward to my next hairdresser appointment with her.

Ich habe mir heute Lashlifting Wimpern machen lassen mit färben und bin zu 100% begeistert beide Mitarbeiter super net und sanft. Bin aufjedenfall in 6-8 Wochen widerr da. :) I was here for the first time today and was immediately greeted and served in a friendly manner. I was even offered a drink twice. Today I had lash lifting eyelashes done with coloring and I am 100% enthusiastic, both employees are super nice and gentle. I'll definitely be back in 6-8 weeks. :)

KEINE Handschuhe und eine von den Mädels hat die Maske während der behandlung nicht angehabt und hatte die Maske stattdessen auf ihr Handgelenk und die Make striff mir die ganze zeit über die Haare bis ich es angesprochen hab. Kein Hände waschen nach den sie auf ihr handy war!!! War nicht wirklich mein Geld wert? War dort zum Augenbraunlifting und zupfen Very nice and polite girls but I wasn't 100% enthusiastic about the service and hygiene. NO gloves and one of the girls didn't have the mask on during the treatment and instead had the mask on her wrist and the makeup kept stroking my hair until I addressed it. Don't wash your hands after you've been on your cell phone!!! Wasn't really worth my money? Went there for an eyebrow lift and plucking

Wollte mir eigentlich nur die Spitzen schneiden lassen und die Stufung etwas kürzen, meine Haare waren weit über der Schulter, wollte nicht viel von der Länge verlieren!!! Hier hat absolut nichts gepasst !!! hatte noch nie so einen hässlichen Haarschnitt!! Hilfe!!!! Bin gleich zur nächsten Friseurin (Friseur Susi) gelaufen, die diese schrecklichen Fotos gemacht hat und hat hat mir erzählt, vor einem Monat war auch eine junge Frau bei ihr mit langen Haaren auch total verschnitten!!! die war zufällig beim selben Friseur!!!!! Die junge Dame hatte nicht einmal einen Handspiegel im Salon gefunden, nie mehr SD Hair&Beauty!!!!!!! Schlechtes Personal kann auch einen Betrieb in den Ruin treiben, hoffentlich checkt das bald die Chefin!! A picture is worth a thousand words !!!! I actually only wanted to have the tips cut and the gradation shortened a bit, my hair was well over my shoulder, I didn't want to lose much of its length! Absolutely nothing went right here! never had such an ugly haircut !! Help!!!! I went straight to the next hairdresser (hairdresser Susi) who took these terrible photos and told me that a month ago a young woman with long hair was also totally cut off with her !!! she happened to be at the same hairdresser !!!!! The young lady hadn't even found a hand mirror in the salon, never again SD Hair & Beauty !!!!!!! Bad staff can also ruin a company, hopefully the boss will check it out soon !!
