Nur ein Board mit Paddel dazu, Samstag abholen und Montag zurück, ansonsten keine besonderen Ansprüche. Allround, Racing, Aufblasen, Fest, alles egal. Es hat leider nicht geklappt. Jeder Versuch musste mindestens 3 Wochen im Voraus reserviert werden, kürzere Vorlaufzeiten waren einfach nicht möglich. Immerhin war ein kurzfristiges Storno (aufgrund Wetterlage) kein Problem (dafür gibt's auch den Pflichtstern). Besonders geärgert hatte mich nur ein Stornotelefonat. Da die Wetterlage für 3 Wochen im Voraus einfach nicht zu überblicken ist und wir (mal wieder) wegen starker Regenfälle absagen mussten, haben wir angefragt wie es denn für die kommende Woche aussähe - Antwort "Bitte am Montag anrufen". Montag morgens direkt nach Ladenöffnung angerufen: "Nein, die sind alle weg - da hätten Sie schon vorige Woche anrufen müssen". We had tried to rent a SUP several times in the past. Just add a board with a paddle, pick it up on Saturday and return it on Monday, otherwise no special requirements. All-round, racing, inflating, solid, it doesn't matter. Unfortunately it didn't work out. Each attempt had to be reserved at least 3 weeks in advance, shorter lead times were simply not possible. After all, a short-term cancellation (due to weather conditions) was not a problem (there is also the mandatory star). Only one cancellation phone call annoyed me particularly. Since the weather situation cannot be overlooked for 3 weeks in advance and we had to cancel (again) because of heavy rain, we asked what it would look like for the coming week - answer "Please call on Monday". Called Monday morning right after the store opened: "No, they're all gone - you should have called last week."
