We too were sufficiently ignored as non-guests. We would have like to drink something. But since we were probably not guests that was not possible .....

Der junge Kellner, der andere Gäste bediente, hat uns wahrgenommen und lief mehrfach an uns vorbei. Nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit ohne jegliche Begrüßung sind wir dann wieder gegangen. Schade eigentlich, die Speisekarte im Internet hat uns gut gefallen. We were guests in the village of Fügen and in the evening sat down at a free table outside. The young waiter who served other guests noticed us and passed us several times. After 20 minutes of waiting without any greetings, we left. Too bad, we really liked the menu on the Internet.
M	Moka Shaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur das Restaurant bewerten. Wir, 8 Personen, waren mehrfach dort, weil uns die Auswahl an Speisen sehr gefiel. Das Essen war sehr, sehr lecker!!! Wir wurden mit großer Aufmerksamkeit bewirtet! Das Personal war super freundlich und jeder fragte beim vorbeigehen nach, ob alles gut sei. Absolut zu empfehlen! Tisch vorab reservieren! I can only rate the restaurant. We, 8 people, were there several times because we really liked the selection of dishes. The food was very, very tasty! We received a lot of attention! The staff was super friendly and everyone asked when they passed by if everything was good. Highly recommended! Reserve a table in advance!
B	Bart Van Bael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 uur wachten op eten. Amper 1 drankje kunnen bestellen! Met andere woorden zeer slecht. Gelukkig viel het eten in de smaak. Ja we zijn op vakantie maar dit was er over.... 2 hour wait for food. Barely able to order 1 drink! In other words very bad. Fortunately the food was good. Yes we are on vacation but this was about it....

Nachdem wir uns über den QR-Code am Tisch sofort eingeloggt haben und nach 15 min noch keine Bedienung sich für uns zuständig gefühlt hat, sind wir wieder gegangen. Wanted to have dinner in the restaurant today. Apparently there was nothing going on outside when the weather was nice (30 degrees). After we immediately logged in using the QR code at the table and no waitress felt responsible for us after 15 minutes, we left again.
J	Johann Dirks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren keine Gäste des Hotels und wollten dort einfach nur Speisen. Da es in unseren Augen nicht so voll war, haben wir uns draußen gesetzt. Nach ca. 15min kamm endlich eine Kellnerin zu uns und mit Worten "Sie sind keine Gäste des Hotels und wir sind unterbesetzt" und hat uns hinaus begleitet. Das war für uns eine sehr peinliche Situation. We weren't guests of the hotel and just wanted to eat there. Since it wasn't that crowded in our eyes, we sat outside. After about 15 minutes a waitress finally came to us with the words "You are not guests of the hotel and we are understaffed" and accompanied us out. It was a very embarrassing situation for us.
