Wir sind mit dem Wohnkomfort sehr zufrieden, insbesondere unsere kleinen Kinder hatten im Sommer viel Spaß beim Beobachten der Murmeltiere und das Skigebiet ist ideal sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene. Gerne kommen wir wieder. As regular guests we would like to thank you for the extremely courteous hospitality in this house. We are very satisfied with the comfort, especially our small children had a lot of fun watching the marmots in summer and the ski area is ideal for both beginners and advanced. We are happy to come back.

Unser Appartement Panorama bietet Alles, was es für eine perfekte Skiwoche mit Familie braucht. Die persönliche Atmosphäre des Hauses, die Ausstattung und die Hilfsbereitschaft sowie immer wieder auf einen netten Schwaz, das sind die Rahmenbedingungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Den Rest besorgt die unglaublich schöne Landschaft im Winter wie im Sommer mit allen sportlichen Möglichkeiten. As regulars we have been coming back to Michaela and Elmar for many years. Our apartment Panorama offers everything you need for a perfect family ski week. The personal atmosphere of the house, the facilities and the helpfulness and again and again on a nice Schwaz, these are the basic conditions for a relaxing holiday. The rest is provided by the incredibly beautiful landscape in winter as in summer with all the sporting possibilities.
P	Philipp Stehle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ziemlich schöne Hütte, moderne Einrichtung in toller Lage. Aber leider eine sehr unangenehme Besitzerin, die für jede Kleinigkeit zusätzlich Geld will. Die schon vor der Anreise vereinbarte Nutzung des Whirlpools wurde am Ende mit zusätzlichen 90€ berechnet, ohne dass das je von ihr erwähnt wurde. Pretty nice cabin, modern decor in a great location. But unfortunately a very unpleasant owner, who wants additional money for every little thing. The use of the whirlpool agreed before arrival was charged at the end with an additional 90 €, without that ever was mentioned by her.
A	Andrea Konzett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war wieder eine wunderschöne Woche bei " Schwarzmanns" ! Das Service war perfekt und die Zimmer wie immer sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen jetzt schon als Gruppe von 10-12 Personen der 7. Winter und sind immer sehr zufrieden! Besonderes plus ist ab heuer die neue Talabfahrt, wo man direkt zum Haus fahren kann! Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder! It was another wonderful week at "Schwarzmanns"! The service was perfect and the rooms as always clean and well maintained. We are already coming as a group of 10-12 people the 7th winter and are always very satisfied! Special plus is from this year the new valley run, where you can drive directly to the house! Thank you and we will be back next year!

Tegenover het huis direct diverse wandelroutes. 30 minuten lopen naar de körbersee (mooiste plek van Oostenrijk 2017). Aanbevolen, garandeerd een leuke vakantie! Very nice house, with lovely balcony and downstairs patio with mountain views. Friendly owners couple. Fun (play) field with bbq and large swings. Opposite the house several walking routes. 30 minute walk to the Körbersee (most beautiful place in Austria in 2017). Recommended, guarantees a nice holiday!
T	Tanja Fausel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne große Ferienwohnung, wir waren zu 10 und hatten super Platz. Man kann aber nur die einzelnen Zimmer abschließen und nicht die komplette Wohnung da in diesem Ferienhaus aus Brandschuzugründen alles offen sein muss. Straßenschuhe dürfen auf keinen Fall mit in die Wohnung sie müssen alle in den Skiraum, sonst bekommt man den Unmut der Vermieterin zu spüren. Wir haben leider andere Gäste mit unseren Schuhen draußen erwischt oder hatten nasse Schuhe bzw. Hausschuhe. Die Lage ist für Skifahrer super. Skibus direkt vor der Tür. Abfahrt bis kurz vors Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Schröcken in dem kleinen Sparladen vorhanden aber für 10 Personen teilweise schwierig. Nice big apartment, there were 10 of us and had great space. But you can only lock the individual rooms and not the entire apartment because everything has to be open in this holiday home for fire protection reasons. Street shoes are not allowed in the apartment, they must all be in the ski room, otherwise you will feel the resentment of the landlady. Unfortunately we caught other guests outside with our shoes or had wet shoes or slippers. The location is great for skiers. Ski bus right outside the door. Departure until just outside the house. Shops are available in Schröcken in the small supermarket but sometimes difficult for 10 people.
C	Christian Geschke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit zwei Familien bei den Schwarzmanns. Es hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Das Apartment "Panorama" bot genug Platz für acht Gäste, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und vom Blick aus den jeweiligen Fenstern möchte ich gar nicht reden...;-)) Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit kulinarischen und Wandertips zu einem sehr schönen Urlaub verholfen. Erwähnenswert für Wanderfreunde wäre auf jeden Fall, dass direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle ist, von der aus man wunderbare Touren ohne Auto unternehmen kann. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!!! We were with the Schwarzmanns with two families. We enjoyed it wonderfully. The "Panorama" apartment offered enough space for eight guests, the kitchen was very well equipped and I don't even want to talk about the view from the respective windows ... ;-)) The hosts were very friendly and gave us culinary and hiking tips gave a very nice vacation. It would definitely be worth mentioning for hikers that there is a bus stop right in front of the house, from which you can take wonderful tours without a car. Definitely a recommendation!
