Meine Eltern haben sich mittlerweile mit den Betreuungskräften angefreundet und gehören schon fast zur Familie. Ist nur zu empfehlen! I am very satisfied with the company Guardian Angel Care. The carers do a lot of work for me. My parents have since made friends with the caregivers and are almost part of the family. Is only to be recommended!

Betreuungskräfte sind optimal eingeschult, Sprachkenntnisse der Betreuungskräfte sind sehr gut, ich konnte jederzeit mit Ihnen kommunizieren. In unserer Familie ist es mittlerweile schon so das die Betreuungskräfte zur familie gehören. Die Firmenleiterin Carola L. kam uns in jeder Hinsicht zur Hilfe, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für jede Angelegenheit und fand immer eine Lösung. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass die Pflegerinnen sehr liebevoll mit unseren Eltern umgegangen sind. Der 4-wöchige Wechsel ist mit etlichen Stunden, wo sich die Pflegerinnen bezüglich Organisationsfragen austauschen können, gut organisiert Kleines Detail so nebenbei:.Aus Gesprächen weiß ich, dass die Leitung Wert auf Ruhepausen der Fahrer legt, schön zu wissen, dass die Pflegerinnen sicher ankommen. Wenn man wen zum reden,kochen und zum Händchen halten braucht dann ists okay und teilweise (je nach Chemie der Personen) auch gut. Aber echte Pflege kam bei unserer Pflegebedürftigen Person selten an. Interssant sind auch die 5 Sterne Bewertungen. Alles von Usern die exakt die Schutzengel Pflege bewerten. Caregivers can not speak German very well. Communication with hand and foot necessary. No or minimal education of the nurses. If you need someone to talk, cook and hold your hands then it's okay and partly (depending on the chemistry of the people) also good. But real care rarely came to our care person. Dank Carola und dem Team von Schutzengel Pflege habe ich dies auch gefunden. Ich kann wirklich nur positives Berichten und würde die Leistungen der Agentur jederzeit wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Die Pflegerinnen waren sehr nett, bemüht, sprachen sehr gut Deutsch und hatten auch medizinisch ein gutes Fachwissen. Egal ob das Erstgespräch oder weitere Termine - es war immer jemand da für uns und hatte ein offenes Ohr. Die Pflegerinnen haben sich auch beim Wechsel austauschen können und wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.
