Meine Tochter wurde bestens vorbereitet und hat 2 Nachprüfungen geschafft!!! Sie wurde auch liebevoll unterstützt ihre Prüfungsängste zu überwinden und ihre Persönlichkeit wurde durch Erfolge gestärkt. Als Mutter werde ich immer bestens über den Wissensstand meiner Kinder informiert und man hat immer ein Ohr für meine Sorgen. Die Schülerhilfe hält was sie verspricht. Man muss sich gleich für über 6 monate verpflichten , man wird beim 1. gespräch über vertragskündigung nicht richtig aufgeklärt ! Bei gesprächen dazu wird man nur auf kollegen verwiesen , die bei rechtlichen fragen für klärung sorgen sollten , wobei diese Personen einen nie anrufen ! Im gehenteil es flattern innnerhalb nur weniger tage mahnungen und inkasso ins haus , obwohl man eh schon für insgesamt 8 monate , a185 euro bezahlt ! Mein kind davon 10 stunden beanspruchte … eine Frechheit dieser laden ! Kinder und eltern werden voll geschröpft und nix passiert So this student help is a total rip off! Nobody really took care of my child here! You have to commit yourself for more than 6 months, you are not properly informed about the termination of the contract in the first conversation! When talking about this, you are only referred to colleagues who should provide clarification on legal issues, although these people never call you!
