★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir Heute Wanderschuhe gekauft. Habe aber einen sehr schwierigen Fuß mit Problemstellen. Der Chef hat mir angeboten die Naht an den Problemstellen zu öffnen, Polster einzuschieben und eine Öse zu versetzen. Weil ich von Linz bin schickt er mir den Schuh zu - das alles ohne einen Euro Aufschlag zum Listenpreis (der nicht höher ist als anderswo!). Das nenne ich mal All-Incl. Service. Top! Danke!
 I bought hiking shoes today. But I have a very difficult foot with problem areas. The boss offered to open the seam at the problem areas, insert the upholstery and move an eyelet. Because I am from Linz, he sends me the shoe - all without a surcharge on the list price (which is not higher than anywhere else!). That's what I call all-inclusive. Service. Top! Thank you!
