★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mein Tablet hingebracht mit der bitte um Akkutausch und was es ca. Kosten wird. Nach ca. 4 Tagen ohne Rückmeldung habe ich dort angerufen. Der Techniker hat das Gerät überpruft und der Akku ist kaputt. Für "seine" Diagnose soll ich nun 30€ zahlen.
0 Sterne wären noch zuviel!
I brought my tablet there with the request to replace the battery and what it will cost. After about 4 days with no response, I called them. The technician has checked the device and the battery is dead. I am supposed to pay 30 € for "his" diagnosis.
0 stars would be too many!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verspricht viel, haltet aber sehr wenig. Handyreparatur hat zwei Monate gedauert. War dann aber noch immer nicht ganz fertig. Erst das Nachbargeschäft Handyworld hat es innerhalb eines Tages geschafft. Also, ihr wisst wohingehen wenn das Handy einmal kaputt geht.
Promises a lot, but does very little. Mobile phone repair took two months. But was still not completely finished. Only the neighboring Handyworld store made it within a day. So, you know where to go when the cell phone breaks.
