Nicht nur die Wohnung war super, sondern auch alles drum herum hat immer prima funktioniert: Thomas ist ein großartiger Vermieter, stets erreichbar und bemüht, die Qualität er Ausstattung ist topp und die Lage war für mich unschlagbar: in 2min auf der Autobahn, in 12min bei der Arbeit in Bregenz und in 40min im Skigebiet ;-) Ich kann jedem, der einen unkomplizierte und herzliche Ankunft in Dornbirn und Vorarlberg haben möchte ein paar Monate im Schorenhaus nur empfehlen! Viele Grüße ins Ländle! I was allowed to live in the Schorenhaus for 4 months and found a real home there. Not only was the apartment great, but everything around it always worked great: Thomas is a great landlord, always available and eager, the quality of the equipment is top and the location was unbeatable for me: in 2 minutes on the motorway, in 12 minutes at work in Bregenz and in 40 minutes in the ski area ;-) I can only recommend a few months in the Schorenhaus to anyone who wants an uncomplicated and warm arrival in Dornbirn and Vorarlberg! Very nice & new apartments. The whole thing is rounded off by the warm welcome from the landlord. I felt very comfortable right from the start.

Es war eine tolle Zeit im Schorenhaus. :-) I felt right at home on the first day. For me as a student, the location was perfect. The landlord is also incredibly helpful and nice. It was a great time in the Schorenhaus. :-)

Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Entfernung in die Innenstadt von Dornbirn ca. 15-20 Gehminuten. Ruhige Wohngegen mit freundlichen Nachbarn und Hausbewohnern. Bei der Miete handelt es sich um ein All-In Konzept, in dem alle Nebenkosten ( Strom, Wasser, Internet, Abfall) inkludiert sind. Insgesamt ist die Miete fair, allerdings nicht günstig. Ein unüberdachter Stellplatz kann optional gemietet werden. Very nice, modern furnished apartment in Dornbirn Schoren. The landlord is very helpful and always available. Shops for everyday life are in the immediate vicinity. Distance to the city center of Dornbirn about 15-20 minutes. Quiet residential area with friendly neighbors and residents. The rent is an all-in concept, in which all additional costs (electricity, water, internet, waste) are included. Overall, the rent is fair, but not cheap. An uncovered parking space can be rented as an option.

Ich (30 Jahre - Berufstätig aus Deutschland) habe das Appartment im Schorenhaus aus beruflichen Gründen als Zweitwohnsitz in Österreich genutzt. Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte, helle, modern bzw. hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung mit super Anbindung und tollen Nachbarn(innen). Die Wohnung bietet viel Stauraum und es fehlt sich an Nichts. Badezimmer und Küchenzeile top. Der Vermieter Thomas ist jederzeit zu erreichen und kümmert sich schnell um jegliche Anliegen. Aus beruflichen Gründen musste ich leider wieder ausziehen - aber es war eine tolle Zeit. Immer wieder gerne - zu 100% weiter zuempfehlen! I was allowed to live in the Schorenhaus in Dornbirn for a few months in 2021. I (30 years - working from Germany) used the apartment in the Schorenhaus for professional reasons as a second home in Austria. A very nice and well-kept, bright, modern and high-quality furnished apartment with great connections and great neighbors. The apartment offers plenty of storage space and nothing is missing. Bathroom and kitchen top. The landlord Thomas can be reached at any time and takes care of any concerns quickly. Unfortunately, I had to move out again for professional reasons - but it was a great time. Always happy - 100% recommendable!
