★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fa. Otto Ettinger wurde mir von einem Bekannten empfohlen. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Nach Besichtigung vor Ort Angebot innerhalb der nächsten 2 Wochen versprochen. Nach 3 Wochen per Email nach dem Angebot nachgefragt. Keine Antwort. Nach 4 Wochen angerufen und um Rückruf gebeten. Keine Antwort. Nach 5 Wochen noch mal angerufen und meinen Ansprechpartner erreicht. In dem Telefon-Gespräche habe ich dann die Antwort bekommen, dass sie nicht anbieten wollen und kein Angebot stellen werden. Wenn Unternehmen aus kapazitativen Gründen nicht anbieten können, kein Thema, aber da muss man den Kunden doch nicht 5 Wochen warten lassen sondern gehe proaktiv auf ihn zu!
Fa. Otto Ettinger was recommended to me by a friend. I can not recommend it. After sightseeing on site offer promised within the next 2 weeks. After 3 weeks by email for the offer. No Answer. Called after 4 weeks and asked to call back. No Answer. Called again after 5 weeks and reached my contact person. In the telephone conversations, I then got the answer that they do not want to offer and will not make an offer. If companies can not offer for capacity reasons, not an issue, but you do not have to let the customer wait 5 weeks, but proactively approach him!
