Die Beratung vor Ort war vielversprechend und uns wurde versprochen, dass ein Angebot innerhalb von zwei Wochen übermittelt wird. Nachdem drei Wochen lang nichts gekommen ist, habe ich urgiert. Am Telefon wurde mir von Herrn Schönholz gesagt, dass man derzeit mehrere Aufträge hat und keine Zeit hätte und somit kein Angebot erstellt werden kann. Wenn weiterhin Interesse besteht, dann erst nächstes Jahr. Sowas ist ziemlich unseriös und eine Frechheit, da ohne meine Rückfrage nichts gekommen wäre. Man darf ja wohl noch erwarten, dass man so viel Anstand besitzt, um sich kurz zu melden und mitzuteilen, dass derzeit keine Ressourcen verfügbar sind. Hätte ich nicht urgiert, würde ich noch heute auf eine Rückmeldung warten.
I have made an appointment for a consultation with the owner of the Schönholz construction company. The on-site consultation was promising and we were promised that an offer would be submitted within two weeks. After nothing came for three weeks, I urged. On the phone I was told by Mr. Schönholz that they currently have several orders and that there is no time and therefore no offer can be made. If you are still interested, it will not be until next year. Something like that is quite dubious and a cheek, since nothing would have come without my query. One can still expect that one has the decency to report briefly and inform them that there are currently no resources available. If I hadn't urged me, I would wait for a response today.
