★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zuverlässig. Ich habe außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten aufs Band gesprochen und wurde sofort am nächsten Tag zurück gerufen und es kam sogar sofort ein Mitarbeiter mit dem Kollegen und es wurde sehr schnell das Problem gefunden. Danke für den schnellen Service.
 Very reliable. I spoke on the tape outside of opening hours and was called back the next day and even an employee came immediately with the colleague and the problem was found very quickly. Thanks for the quick service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowohl der Chef als auch seine Angestellten sind super freundlich und verlässlich. Anrufe werden zügig angenommen oder man wird zeitnah zurückgerufen. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch alle vom Fach und arbeiten sauber. Wir haben zwei Häuser, deren Rauchfänge von der Fa. Schönhofer betreut werden und würden zu keinem anderen Rauchfangkehrer gehen. Sie agieren auch sehr ehrlich und transparent.
Both the boss and his employees are super friendly and reliable. Calls are accepted quickly or you are called back promptly. The employees are also all skilled and work cleanly. We have two houses whose chimneys are looked after by the Schönhofer company and we wouldn't go to any other chimney sweepers. You also act very honestly and transparently.
