Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top, das Personal äußerst freundlich, Dr. Grünberger sehr kompetent, entgegenkommend und wertschätzend. Zwar muss man sich auf längere Wartezeiten einstellen, aber selbst Warten ist mir ein Vergnügen in diesem Schönheitssalon, denn mit dem Personal ergibt sich immer ein nettes Gespräch, zudem ist das Ambiente wirklich angenehm sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kann ich nur empfehlen, gern wieder! Danke an euch allen, ihr seid die Besten <3 I have been a regular customer of Dr. Grünberger and I always feel in good hands. The price-performance ratio is top, the staff extremely friendly, Dr. Grünberger is very competent, accommodating and appreciative. You have to be prepared for longer waiting times, but even waiting is a pleasure in this beauty salon, because there is always a nice conversation with the staff, and the atmosphere is really pleasant and tastefully decorated. I can only recommend, gladly again! Thanks to all of you, you are the best <3
J	Jens Wetzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurz gesagt nie wieder. Ich war mit Gutschein zum Zahnbleaching hier. Ich habe mich dabei jedoch absolut nicht wohl gefühlt. Mir wurde anfangs nicht die Garderobe gezeigt, auch der abschließende Weg zum Mund spülen war eher ein Geheimnis welches mir das Reinigungspersonal löste. Apropos Reinigungspersonal, das sorgte die ganze Zeit für Sauberkeit mittels Staubsauger, Lappen und anderen Utensilien. Wohlgemerkt zur Ordinationszeit. Die Behandlung selbst war 30 Minuten auf einem Barhocker vor der UV-Lampe und ist alles andere als bequem. Da gibt es sowas ähnliches wie Zahnarztsessel, die Lampe ist ja einstellbar. Während der Behandlung saß ich zudem wie auf dem Präsentierteller, kein Paravent (obwohl vorhanden) schützte vor neugierigen Blicken. Das ist wohl bei allen Behandlungen der Fall. Sorry Frau Dr. Grünberger, Ihr Bemühen in allen Ehren, das Rundum passt gar nicht. In short, never again. I was here with a dental bleaching coupon. But I did not feel well. I was initially not the wardrobe shown, even the final path to the mouth rinse was more of a mystery which I solved the cleaning staff. Speaking of cleaning staff, this provided cleanliness all the time using vacuum cleaners, rags and other utensils. Mind you to the time of ordination. The treatment itself was 30 minutes on a bar stool in front of the UV lamp and is far from comfortable. There is something similar to a dentist chair, the lamp is adjustable. During the treatment, I also sat like on the presentation plate, no screen (although available) protected from prying eyes. This is probably the case with all treatments. Sorry, Dr. Grünberger, your effort in all honor, the all-round does not fit.
V	Vera Schilcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg! Trotz Termin um 20 Uhr kam die Ärztin um 21:20 Uhr erst in die Ordination! Als ich um 20:30 nachfragte wo die Ärztin sei, hieß es sie habe noch einen Auswärtstermin und kommt gleich, eine glatte Lüge. Um 21:20 als die Ärztin wortlos zur Tür hereinkam kam reichte es mir und ich bin gegangen. Mit 250€ Für Botox Zornesfalte sind sie auch nicht billiger als die Konkurrenz. Man braucht sich nur die Bewertungen hier durchlesen und weiß was los ist. Ich finde das äußerst unseriös. Hands off! Despite an appointment at 8 p.m., the doctor only came to the surgery at 9:20 p.m.! When I asked where the doctor was at 8:30 p.m., she said she still had an appointment away from home and would be right away, an outright lie. At 9:20 p.m., when the doctor came in the door without a word, I had enough and left. At €250 for botox frown lines, they aren't any cheaper than the competition either. You only need to read the reviews here and you know what's going on. I find that extremely dishonest.
R	Renee Rauscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unendliche Wartezeiten! Schlechte Arbeit! Billigste Angebote waren auch für mich höchst verlockend, aber wenn man beim 1. Laserversuch zur Haarentfernung gleich verbrannt wird, hört sich der Spaß auf. Abgesehen davon war die durchführende Dame derart unfreundlich, sodass man sich vorkam wie der Bittsteller einer Gratisleistung. Alles in allem hat es wenig mit Wohlfühlen zu tun, sich in Behandlung zu geben. Auch andere Kosmetische Leistungen konnten nicht überzeugen. Wer gar vor hat Frau Dr. persönlich anzutreffen (Botox u.a.), so ist dies nicht vor 21 Uhr möglich!!! Sorry, aber dass hat schon einen komischen Beigeschmack. Lieber ein paar Euros drauf legen und eine transparente, effektive, zeitnahe und zufriedenstellende Behandlung wo anders konsumieren. Keine Empfehlung meine Lieben! Endless waiting times! Bad work! The cheapest offers were also extremely tempting for me, but if you get burned the first time you try laser hair removal, the fun stops. Apart from that, the lady doing the work was so rude that you felt like you were asking for a free service. All in all, going into treatment has little to do with feeling good. Other cosmetic services were not convincing either. Who even intends to do Mrs. Dr. meet personally (Botox etc.), this is not possible before 9 p.m.!!! Sorry, but that has a funny aftertaste. Rather put a few euros on it and consume a transparent, effective, timely and satisfactory treatment elsewhere. No recommendation my dears!

It's quite a relaxed atmosphere which may put some people off but I have the feeling that the message is that beauty treatment need not be something completely exclusive. I was happy with my teeth treatment and will go back. The location is of course perfect and super easy to reach in 1010 Vienna.
