P	Pascal Helvy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer sind klein aber ok. Das Frühstück ist neben an im Gebäude und sehr reichhaltig. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich ein größeres Zimmer bevorzugen. Rooms are small but ok. The breakfast is next door in the building and very rich. For a longer stay, I would prefer a larger room.

Meine Frau hat Specksteinkurse belegt , ich Schnitz und Drechselkurse.Von der herrlichen Lage im Lechtal einmal abgesehen, fühlten wir uns jedesmal sehr wohl. Die familiere, freundliche Aufnahme, die ZImmer, das Essen alles super. Die Lehrer haben immer ein offenes Ohr ( selbst dann wenn man 5 mal dasselbe fragt ) greifen gerne unterstützend mit Rat und Tat ein.Wir freuen uns schon Wochen vorher, wenn wir wieder die Gelegenheit nutzen können, nach Elbigenalp zu fahren. My wife and I have been to the Geisler-Moroder carving school several times. My wife took soapstone courses, I carved and turned courses. Apart from the wonderful location in the Lech Valley, we always felt very comfortable. The family, friendly welcome, the rooms, the food was great. The teachers are always ready to listen (even if you ask the same question 5 times) and are happy to provide support and advice. We look forward to weeks in advance when we can take the opportunity to go to Elbigenalp again.

Von Unterbringung bis Essen/Theorie und Praxisunterricht super! Here you are received incredibly warmly! If you want to learn carving / sculpting, etc., you cannot ignore this carving school. From accommodation to food / theory and practical lessons great!

Er zijn buiten beeldhouwwerken te bewonderen met ook een houten infozuil met informatie over de verschillende houtsoorten. Tegenover het atelier is er een mooie galerij waar je natuurlijk ook iets kan kopen. We hebben er al heel wat kleine spulletjes gekocht, onder andere als kerstversiering. Betalen met bankkaart is mogelijk. Unique wood carving school where you can see the students at work. There are sculptures to admire outside, including a wooden information column with information about the different types of wood. Opposite the studio there is a beautiful gallery where you can of course also buy something. We have already bought a lot of small things, including Christmas decorations. Payment by bank card is possible.
S	Sibylle Herrmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe letzte Woche einen Schnitzkurs gemacht. Lässige Klasse, sehr kompetenter Kursleiter, top Gastronomie und sehr schöne Zimmer. Personal ist sehr nett und es war eine sehr schöne und lehrreiche Woche. Rundum zufrieden!...einzig über eine Ladestation für E Autos müsste mal nachgedacht werden. Did a carving class last week. Casual class, very competent course instructor, top gastronomy and very nice rooms. The staff is very nice and it was a very nice and educational week. All around satisfied! ... the only thing that needs to be thought about is a charging station for e-cars.

Und jetzt gemeinsam mit meinem Sohn (12jahre) einen Kurs besucht mein Sohn Luca einen Schnitz Kurs Anfänger und ich Drechseln Anfängerkurs. Ich kann euch nur sagen es war super!!! Wir haben mit Vollpension gebucht und egal ob Kurs, Essen, Übernachtung es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ich kann nur sagen macht wieder so !!!! Ihr seid die Besten. And now, together with my son (12 years old), my son Luca is attending a carving course for beginners and I for woodturning for beginners. I can only tell you it was great! We booked with full board and regardless of whether it was a course, food or accommodation, we didn't miss anything. I can only say do it again !!!! You are the best. Greetings from Dornbirn
F	Frank Eisernland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind keine Schnitzer und hier nach dem Abstieg von der Ölbergkapelle nur zu einem leckeren Eiskaffee eingekehrt. Ja - man kann als Besucher nicht nur in dem wunderschönen Schnitzerladen stöbern oder auf dem Hof den „Schnitzer-Schülern“ zusehen, sondern auch gut Kaffee trinken. Und dabei viele Skulpturen bewundern und sogar anfassen. Dabei lernt man quasi im Vorbeigehen noch eine Menge über die verschiedenen Holzarten. Also auch für „normale“ Besucher oder Wanderer sehr empfehlenswert. Hat uns richtig gut gefallen! We are not a blunder and after the descent from the Mount of Olives chose to stop for a delicious iced coffee. Yes - as a visitor you can not only rummage in the beautiful carving shop or watch the "carving students" in the courtyard, but also drink good coffee. And admire and even touch many sculptures. You can learn a lot about the different types of wood as you walk by. So also highly recommended for "normal" visitors or hikers. We really liked it!
