Es würde uns freuen, wenn sie ihrem Personal ein Kommunikationstraining ermöglichen würden, um den freundlichen Umgang mit den Kunden zu erlernen!! (SA.19.12. / 11:45 - 12:05) 1》Eine Dame hatte telef. vorbestellt und vergessen den Gutschein zu erwähnen und wurde bei der Abholung, vor allen wartenden Gästen, als Lügnerin "beschimpft"!! 2》Eine Frau bestellt 2 Schnitzelsemmel und fragte "höflich" ob man diese in Alufolie einpacken könnte. ...die Antwort von der Kassafrau in einer sehr genervten Ton: "Warum sagen sie mir das nicht gleich?? Jetzt muß ich das Sackerl wegwerfen!!" ....wir sind seit Jahren zufriedene Kunden, aber wir hören mittlerweile immer öfters Meldungen über die "sehr unfreundliche" Bedienung in diesem Lokal. Wir kommen regelmäßig alle 14 Tage zum Essen! (Essen 2, Personal 5-) Ps.: die Pommes werden immer weniger und sind des öfteren "matschig" und etwas kühl ? Mfg Dear Schnitzlland team! (Saturday, December 19th / 11:45 am - 12:05 pm) 1》 A lady had ordered in advance by telephone and forgot to mention the voucher and was "insulted" as a liar when she was picked up in front of all the waiting guests! 2》 A woman orders 2 schnitzel rolls and "politely" asked if they could be wrapped in aluminum foil. ... the answer from the cashier in a very annoyed tone: "Why don't you tell me that right now? Now I have to throw the bag away !!" .... we have been satisfied customers for years, but now we hear more and more reports about the "very unfriendly" service in this restaurant. We come to eat regularly every 14 days! (Food 2, staff 5-) Ps .: the fries are getting less and less and are often "mushy" and a bit cool ? Kind regards
