Da es leider keine Terminvergabe mehr gibt, würde mir gesagt, dass ich eine Stunde warten muss bis jemand Zeit hat. Wäre überhaupt kein Problem, wenn ich nicht im Geschäft warten müsste, aber ich kann ja nicht einmal raus gehen, weil ich dann wieder hinten angereist werde. Wenn man berufstätig ist, geht es halt schwer, wenn man dann drei bis vier Stunden braucht. Schade, war mit dem Personal immer sehr zufrieden, muss aber leider zu einem anderen Friseur wechseln, obwohl ich schon seit Jahren dort bin I wanted to dye and cut my hair. Since there are unfortunately no more appointments, I would be told that I have to wait an hour until someone has time. Wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have to wait in the shop, but I can't even go out because I'll be back in the back. When you are working, it is difficult when you need three to four hours. M	Michael Aha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als erfahrener Friseur einer größeren Friseurkette möchte ich mich gegenüber dem Salon „SCHNITTIG (Deutschlandsberg)“ gerne äußern. Es gibt sowohl positives als auch negatives zu beurteilen bzw. zu berichten. Pro: + Als Kunde ist man sehr froh, wenn man gut beraten wird, wie einst in diesem Friseursalon. Höflichkeit und gute Beratung sind einer der wichtigsten Meilensteine in diesem Business für die Erhaltung des Salons. Es gibt nicht nur positives zu Bewertern sondern auch negatives. Contra: - Gleich am Anfang merkte man, dass die Salonarbeiter unter schlechten klimatischen Bedingungen arbeiten mussten. Vorbildlich trugen die Damen damals alle eine FFP2-Make aber bei gefühlten 30- bis 40°C in diesem kleinen Friseurgeschäft. Meiner Meinung nach ist dies nicht menschlich und richte daher einen Appell an den Inhaber bzw. an den Geschäftsführer, dass man sich mehr für das Wohlergehen seiner Arbeiter einsetzen bzw. sorgen soll. Ein anderer negativer Aspekt meiner Bewertung beruht auf die Salonleitung. Schwächen in der Salonleitung sind deutlich bemerkbar gewesen. Es scheint so als wäre die Salonleitung ihres Amtes nicht mächtig oder einfach überfordert. Ich bemerkte einige Fehler und bin zu dem Entschluss gekommen, dass sie noch einiges lernen muss in Bezug auf Mitarbeiterführung. Es mangelte daher sehr an Führungskompetenz!!! Resümee: Trotz der guten Beratung und der Freundlichkeit der Arbeiter kann ich leider nur 1 Stern vergeben, weil meiner Meinung nach ein gutes Friseurgeschäft von den Führungskräften bis zu den Arbeitskräften geführt werden soll und nicht nur von den fleißigen Arbeitern. Ich hoffe sehr, dass sich einiges ändern wird, sonst sehe ich in dieser Filiale keine Zukunft mehr. Cons: - Right at the beginning you noticed that the salon workers had to work in poor climatic conditions. At that time, the ladies all wore an FFP2 make up, but at what felt like 30 to 40 ° C in this small hairdresser's shop. In my opinion, this is not human and therefore I appeal to the owner or manager that they should do more to ensure the well-being of their workers. Another negative aspect of my review is based on the salon management. Weaknesses in the salon management were clearly noticeable. It seems as if the salon management is not powerful in their office or simply overwhelmed. I noticed a few mistakes and decided that she still has some learning to do about leadership. There was therefore a great lack of leadership skills! Summary: Despite the good advice and the friendliness of the workers, I can unfortunately only award 1 star, because in my opinion a good hairdressing business should be run from the executives to the workers and not just by the hardworking workers. I very much hope that some things will change, otherwise I will no longer see a future in this branch.
