M	Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FINGER WEG VON DIESER FIRMA. Mag auf den ersten Blick dank Website und freundlicher Sekretärin seriös wirken, ist es aber ganz und gar nicht! Hatte einen Termin vereinbart, alles für den Umzug vorbereitet. Zum Abholtermin kam niemand, auch nach mehrfachen Anrufen wurde ich immer nur mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden vertröstet, sogar zu einem neuen Termin am nächsten Tag erschien niemand - keine Kommunikation diesbzgl. - nichts! Letztendlich musste ich kurzfristig alles umdisponieren - mein Umzug endete Dank dieser Firma im Chaos! Danke für nichts. Für mich der WORST CASE ! FINGER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It may seem serious at first glance thanks to the website and the friendly secretary, but it is not at all! Made an appointment, prepared everything for the move. No one came to the pick-up date, even after multiple calls I was only given flimsy excuses, even nobody came to a new appointment the next day - no communication regarding this. - Nothing! Ultimately, I had to reschedule everything at short notice - my move ended in chaos thanks to this company! Thanks for nothing. For me the WORST CASE!
K	Kilian v. Dallwitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer einen stressfreien Umzug möchte, ist hier falsch! Beim Umzug von Berlin nach Oberösterreich habe ich leider negative Erfahrungen machen müssen. Die Kommunikation vorab lief in Ordnung, aber nicht zufriedenstellend da nicht alles geklärt wurde. Ein Vertrag hat es nicht gegeben. Zwar sind die Fahrer pünktlich gekommen und haben zuverlässig alles gepackt, verstaut sowie geliefert, doch schon beim ersten Kennenlernen wurde nachverhandelt und 50% auf den ursprünglichen Preis draufgeschlagen. Nach einer ersten Einigug wurde beim abladen nochmal nachverhandelt. Unschön! If you want a stress-free move, this is the wrong place! When moving from Berlin to Upper Austria, I unfortunately had to have negative experiences. The communication in advance was OK, but not satisfactory since not everything was clarified. There was no contract. The drivers arrived on time and packed, stowed and delivered everything reliably, but renegotiating at the first meeting and 50% of the original price was added. After an initial agreement, the unloading was renegotiated. Ugly!

Arbeiter hatten dann weder Infos von Adresse, Umzugsliste oder ähnlichem. UNSERIÖS Wurde vom 'Chef' angerufen und trotz !ausgemachter Verrechnung auf Stundenbasis! mit Aussage erpresst: 'Entweder Pauschale oder Firma weg' Der zuständige Arbeiter meinte, dass das das bessere Angebot sei, da sie 9-10 Stunden brauchen. Entgegen meiner Überzeugung und lwider aufgrund des letztmöglichen Umzugstermins meinerseits musste ich zusagen. Witzigerweise war der Umzug nach 5 Stunden erledigt. EXTREMST unseriös FINGER WEG NIE WIEDER HANDS OFF Even though I made up EVERYTHING in detail in advance, I was pushed for a flat rate. Workers then had no information about their address, relocation list or the like. UNTRUSTWORTHY Was called by the 'boss' and despite the fact that the hourly billing was agreed! blackmailed with the statement: 'Either lump sum or company gone' The worker in charge said that this was the better offer because they needed 9-10 hours. Contrary to my conviction and against it because of the last possible move date on my part, I had to accept. Funnily enough, the move was done after 5 hours. EXTREMELY dubious HANDS OFF NEVER AGAIN
V	Vera K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Stern vergeben wir nur weil wir müssen. Wir hatten ein Anbot von dem die Packer dann nichts mehr wissen wollten. Haben versucht uns zu erpressen bzw. erklärt wenn sie auf Std bezahlt werden, dann werden sie sich auch viel Zeit lassen. 700 Euro wollten sie haben für 4 Std. Finger weg!! We only award 1 star because we have to. We had an offer that the packers didn't want to know about. Have tried to blackmail us or explained if they are paid in hours, then they will take a lot of time. They wanted 700 euros for 4 hours.
C	Can Eyecatch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles hat super geklappt! Die Preise waren von Anfang an transparent, der Termin war pünktlich und die beiden Männer waren sehr freundlich und wirklich schnell. Ich kann nur diese Firma weiterempfehlen! Danke Everything went great! The prices were transparent from the start, the appointment was on time and the two men were very friendly and really quick. I can only recommend this company! thank you

Auch die Arbeiter wirkten wie vom Arbeiterstrich und nicht professionell. Kann nur abraten! Hands off! Asked 3 times as much on site as agreed and then tried to negotiate. Sent her away after a long argument. The workers, too, looked as if they were from the workers' line and were not professional. Can only advise against!
S	Sophie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich! Es waren 90€ Pauschalpreis ausgemacht. Ich habe dann 10min diskutieren müssen, wieso ich nicht 300€ zahle. Frechheit eins Am Tag des Umzugs wurde ich NACH dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt gefragt ob ich einen grossen oder kleinen Wagen brauche. 4x angerufen wo meine Adresse ist und dass er nicht hinfindet. Danach noch dreisst nach Trinkgemd gefeagt. Nie wieder! Unbelievable! A flat rate of € 90 was agreed. I then had to discuss for 10 minutes why I didn't pay 300 €. Cheek one On the day of the move, I was asked AFTER the agreed time whether I needed a large or small car. Called 4x where my address is and that he can't find it. Then checked three times after drinking gemd. Never again!
