★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von Ortskern Lech am Arlberg entfernt und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit tüpischer Arlberg charm. Unser Zimmer war Top und sehr sauber, wir hatten eine Kochnische, Geschirrspüler, Badewannen und einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Berge, ohne Gebäude dazwischen. Von Frühstücksangebot kann ich nicht sagen weil ich immer unterwegs bin und grade dort esse oder Trinke wo ich unterwegs bin. Sehr Freundliche Hausherren die viele Tipps über Pisten geben kann. Ich bin schon in vielen Hotels abgestiegen, doch das schneekristall ist wirklich empfehlenswert, auch für Single mit Kinder. Wir kommen auf jede fall im nächsten Jahr wieder.
The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the center of Lech am Arlberg and is located in a quiet area. Very well maintained house with tüpischer Arlberg charm. Our room was top and very clean, we had a kitchenette, dishwasher, bathtubs and a very nice view of the mountains, with no buildings in between. Of breakfast I can not say because I'm always on the road and just eat there or drink where I'm traveling. Very friendly hosts who can give many tips about slopes. I have stayed in many hotels, but the snow crystal is really recommendable, even for single with children. We will definitely be back next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So clean! Beautiful room, very well appointed. The stream room and sauna were perfect after a day of skiing. The lemon grass oils made the whole place smell wonderful. We loved our stay. Evelyn is so good, so knowledgeable. She knew almost exactly when the roads would open again after closing for a while due to avalanche risk. We couldn't get to Lech the first night and went charged for it. Comfortable beds, everything perfect!
